The project generally follows Wulff Run Creek and Delhi Road from Schroer Avenue on the east to Neeb Road on the West. The proposed project will upsize approximately 10,150 feet of existing 12" - 18" sewer to 18" - 24"and provide storage or other alternative solutions to eliminate SSO 623. Attachment 2 of the WWIP also identifies need for 1.25 MG of storage with a 3 MGD pump system. The existing sewer that collects flow from the area along Delhi Road and Wulff Run Creek is undersized. It begins as a 12-inch diameter sewer near Schroer Avenue and ends as an 18-inch diameter sewer at Neeb Road. The downstream sewer at this point increases in size to 24-inch. The entire length of 12- and 15-inch sewer segments shows surcharging in the 6-month design storm model. The 18-inch sewer shows the same surcharging until a few segments near the end of the project area. Additionally, there are a number of confirmed overflowing manholes along Wulff Run Creek at properties reporting sewer backup (SBU), and at SSO 623 located on a branch line at Viscount Drive. The ongoing capacity restriction is now impacting development in Delhi Township, with a large multi-use development including a new Township Recreation Center recently being denied a sewer availability request. The proposed project would combine and replace three projects from Attachment 2 of the WWIP - Indices 332, 333, and 334. The projects and their descriptions are below: 1. WWIP Index 332 - 10130440 - Wulff Run Creek, from Neeb Road to Viscount Drive a. Replace Interceptor in Wulff Run - 4500 ft of 24" 2. WWIP Index 333 - 10130460 - Delhi Road and Oak Park Drive a. Storage Tank capturing SSO 623 - 1.25 MG w/ 3 MGD pump 3. WWIP Index 334 - Delhi Road East to Schroer Avenue a. Replace interceptor along original alignment through Delhi - 5500 ft of 18-24"
