If awarded, the project shall be at a time that is agreeable to the Wimberley ISD and the vendor, to allow for an adequate assessment of the stability of the recess foundation under the existing unit. The vendor will work with Wimberley ISD to ensure that the recess foundation is sound, stable, and meets the approval of the Board's designated inspector(s) prior to the installation of the new units.
