Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Burkeville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,500-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of October 30, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Nottoway Animal Shelter: selective demolition, interior partitions, kennels,restrooms, break room, animal receiving, equipment and other items for approximately 6,500 sf as described in the Contract Documents. Any late bids will be returned unopened. Bid Bond required if the bid exceeds $100,000. A Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond are required in the amount of 100% of the contract price if the bid exceeds $100,000. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. The County of Nottoway encourages participation from small, minority, and female-owned businesses and does not discriminate on any basis.
