THIS SOLICITATION IS PRESENTLY ON HOLD PENDING AN UPDATE TO THE STATEMENT OF WORK Hanford Mission Integration Solutions (HMIS) requires an experienced Subcontractor to provide material, labor, and supervision for the demolition and construction of old and new 13.8kV electrical utility lines, poles, supporting hardware, and equipment (i.e., transformers) in the Hanford site 100 Area. New Construction includes addition of fiber optic line, splice boxes, and supporting hardware as specified in the attached Statement of Work. Submittal of Attendees for the Pre-Proposal Conference/Job Walk: 2:00 P.M. PST on May 18, 2023. Prospective Offerors shall e-mail the Contract Specialist by 2:00 P.M. PST on May 18, 2023 with number of attendees, attendees full legal name (First, Middle and Last Name), and Date of Birth. Badges will be required to attend this event. The prospective Offeror shall notify the Contract Specialist, Jennifer Bunn, via e-mail by Thursday 5/18/2023 by 2PM with the number of attendees, full name of attendees (First, Middle and Last Name) along with their Date of Birth (month and day) so badges can be requested. Only U.S. Citizens can obtain a temporary badge. A valid driver license or valid passport will be required for each attendee to pick up their temporary badge. Attendees will be notified prior to the conference where they can pick up their badges. All questions are to be directed to the Contract Specialist. All proposals are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Any exceptions, deviations, or omissions may be grounds for rejection of proposals submitted. HMIS looks forward to your response. The Offeror must submit any comments or questions regarding the solicitation to the Contract Specialist no later than 6/6/2023 3:00 PM. The Contract Specialist will answer all questions in writing for the benefit of all prospective Offerors.
