Renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of June 15,2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Colorado Army National Guard (COARNG) is requesting bids to replace and repair roofs in two locations. At the central roof area, remove the existing modified bitumen roof system and underlying insulation. Remove asphaltic and sheet metal flashings that are not to remain. Install a new tapered insulation system and cover board. Install a new adhered 60 mil EPDM roof membrane over the insulation and cover board. Install EPDM and sheet metal flashings and counterflashings. Provide the stated leak free warranty. At the west roof area, provide repairs to an existing PVC roof system. At various locations, seal all penetrations and seal the windows. At Watkins Readiness Center. lower roofs are being replaced (Estimated Construction Amount $450,000.00): At the roof areas indicated, remove the existing modified bitumen asphaltic and sheet metal flashings that are not to remain. Prepare the existing roof membrane for a recover. Install a new thin layer of foam insulation board and a cover board. Install a new adhered 60 mil EPDM roof membrane over the insulation and cover board. Install EPDM and sheet metal flashings and counterflashings. Provide the stated leak free warranty.
