PROJECT SCOPE/GENERAL NOTES: Base Scope of Work: Contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, equipment, labor, and services necessary to perform the following per attached specifications: o Demo existing walk-in cooler doors. o Provide and install new cooler doors with integrated LED lights. o Guarantee all workmanship, materials, equipment, and proper operation for a minimum period of one (1) year from the date of final acceptance. o Complete scope and further details may be found from included project drawings.
