Method of Acquisition: Two-Phase Design-Build Selection Procedures, Full and Open Competition. NAICS Code: 236220, FSC: Y1CA Size, Standard: $45 Million. Magnitude of Constructions: Between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. Attached is Phase 1 of a Two Phase Design Build RFP. Last day to submit ProjNet questions is seven (7) calendar days prior to proposal due date in order to ensure adequate time is allotted to form an appropriate response and amend the solicitation, if necessary. If the system is not closed in a timely manner, an inquiry posted within seven calendar days of the receipt of proposals will still be regarded as untimely and will not be afforded a substantive response.
