This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for the purchase, removal, and installation of a new dorm surveillance system and additional camera equipment that is compatible and can reutilize existing government cameras. Offerors must be registered in SAM and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered. Any amendment(s) issued to this Request for Quote (RFQ) will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the Offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. All questions from the site visit are due in writing at 10AM CT and can be emailed directly to the CS Andrew Hernandez and CO Emily Deck Sanders Removal and replacement of current video surveillance system on Dormitory Building 861 for 12 Training Squadron (TRS). Current system includes 37 cameras and one 75" television. Original analog system place was installed 2009 and the newer system that is currently in place was installed in 2018. Currently, nine surveillance cameras are not working due to rodent and weather conditions. Current system can distinguish between individuals but does not provide full coverage of west side of building or a 360-degree view of common areas, which is why we are installing an additional 11 new surveillance cameras.
