RFQ FA301625Q02180002, FA301625Q02180001 Contract Number: FA3089-13-D-0003-0012 This requirement is for the replacement of the existing gas-fired boiler system in Building 575 at JBSA-Randolph, TX. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, incidentals, and quality assurance necessary to remove, dispose of, and replace the current boiler system with a new, energy-efficient, and code-compliant system that meets the facility's long-term heating needs. The procurement is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 332410 (Power Boiler and Heat Exchanger Manufacturing), with a size standard of 750 employees. The requirement is Brand Name or Equal, and vendors must refer to the salient characteristics and technical criteria listed in the RFQ. Amendment 0001 removes clause 52.229-11, updates salient characteristics, incorporates a revised Statement of Work (SOW), adds Q&A, and includes room drawings. Amendment 0002 extends the response due date by six days. Responses to questions will be posted by the Government on the SAM.gov, contracting opportunities website as received. Questions submitted after this date/time will not be considered.
