Amendment 3 corrects a typo in Section 1 of the solicitation Amendment 2. The question submission due date did not change, it remains 18 June 2025. The proposal due date, found in Section 16, was extended to 7 July 2025. This solicitation is for Advanced Meter Reading System (AMRS) Metering Implementation at Randolph AFB, TX. It is a 100% set-aside for SBA Certified Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) Program IAW FAR 19.15. Please see attached documentation for details. As part of the proposed effort on this contract, the Contractor shall implement the following tasks for the completion of this project. This project shall be accomplished IAW the SOW Appendices 1 through 8 and CDRLs. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Address, in writing, all technical and contractual questions to the Contracting Officer, Lauren Gill at lauren.gill@us.af.mil, and Jill Duke at jill.duke@us.af.mil, no later than 1400 CST on 13 June 2025 The Period of Performance (PoP) for this D-B construction effort is 365 calendar days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The project involves specialized experience in both standard construction as well as communication systems / facility control systems. Equal expertise in both areas is needed to effectively execute this project. This applies to all aspects of this project from design, construction, submittals, commissioning and closeout. Vendors shall show in their proposal experience and expertise in both areas. Acceptance of final products will also require expertise in both areas.
