Demolition and site work for a military facility in Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
This Request for Quotation seeks responses from interested SDVOSB vendors for the complete demolition of Building 230 at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to demolish and remove all building materials, including the main structure, above-grade and below-grade components, concrete slabs, foundations, and vaults to a minimum depth of three feet. The scope includes locating, disconnecting, capping, and plugging all overhead and underground utilities (water, wastewater, electrical, gas, etc.) to the nearest acceptable point. All demolition debris must be removed from the site, and the area must be properly graded and restored for its intended future use.
