Site work for a mixed-use development in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; and medical facility.
Project Description: Project Overview: The project will restore, replace and make the required repairs to keep the roofs of several city buildings in Columbus, Ohio leak-free and low-maintenance. The scope of work will mostly include design of new replacement roof system for the identified city buildings. The initial thermal scanning reports and assessment reports will be shared during the scope review. The scope of the work shall include design, engineering, environmental assessment, and construction contract administration services. The Architect/Engineer will be responsible for full service architectural and engineering services for the project, including but not limited to: programming, design, construction administration and observation, and close out. The A/E shall provide Special Inspections per OBC Chapter 17, if required. *** The MBE/WBE Goal for this project is: 15% ***
