Work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision necessary to provide a Temporary personnel/freight elevator at the Dry Dock, Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, GA. Contractor shall provide and install a fully operational system, Service Contract, Charges for Emergency Calls, Emergency response time, Fire Dept. Training Personnel Emergency training, Signage Instructions for use, Weight Limit placards, Waterproof switches for use, No proximity switches at the bottom of elevator. Contractor shall construct and install fully operational systems in accordance with the requirements contained within this statement of work. The Government intends to award without discussions, although the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary.
