Decatur Housing Authority is seeking bids for qualified and licensed entities to provide our Agency with Commercial Office Cleaning Services for our new corporate office building that will be located at 511 W. Trinity Pl., Decatur, GA 30030. All proposals submitted by mail will be collected and held unopened at the office of Decatur Housing Authority at which time they will be opened with those that have been hand delivered. Faxed Proposals are not acceptable. The building consists of two (2) floors, twenty-five (25) offices, one (1) large training room, one (1) board room, two (2) small conference rooms, one (1) break room, one (1) exercise room, six (6) restrooms and a main lobby. Please address all questions regarding this IFB to Karen Atchley, Technical Services Coordinator at 404-270-2108 or kka@decaturha.org Decatur Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of the proposal without the consent of the Housing Authority. The Firms submitting proposals or being considered for this project shall be licensed to perform such work by the State of GA in which the work is to be performed and shall submit evidence of such license before his/her proposal may be opened or considered.
