Per the owner, as of May 30, 2025, this a Design Services request and does not contain construction. This has not yet been awarded Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ......... This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify potential providers for the Scope of Services for the project/contract listed in Exhibit I. Firms that respond to this RFQ and are determined by DeKalb County to b sufficiently qualified, may be deemed eligible, and invited to offer a technical approach and/or possibly present and/or interview for these services. Under the terms of the resulting Agreement, the selected consultant will provide Engineering Design Services, for South River Trail Phase VI Extension from near Boulder Walk Drive and Intrenchment Creek to Crestdale Circle (DK-455, GDOT PI 0017809), the DeKalb County Project identified. The anticipated scope of work for the project/contract is included in Exhibit I. DeKalb County reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications or Technical Approach, and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of DeKalb County.
