Site work for a water / sewer project in Mililani, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of furnishing and paying for all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to complete all electrical, mechanical, architectural and civil work at Mililani Wells IV in accordance with the plans and specifications, in place complete and ready for operation. This project consists of the replacement of Pump No. 1 with a vertical turbine pump and Pump No. 3 with a submersible pump, and the removal and installation of associated piping, valving, instrumentation, and appurtenances. Electrical work includes replacing the switchgear and motor control center lineup; installation of a new electrical service; replacement of SCADA and gaugeboard equipment; installation of new conduits and wiring in the control building; installation of new ductbanks and wiring to pump areas; replacement of electrical equipment at pump areas 1, 3, and 4; and miscellaneous electrical upgrades within the control building and around the site. Liquidated Damages. The Bidder understands and agrees to the provisions in Section 8.4 of the General Conditions relating to Liquidated Damages, and the Contractor hereby agrees to pay the sum of $1,000.00 per calendar day as liquidated damages.
