Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ridgefield, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description: The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, and project management to complete the installation of an owner provided metal building at Ridgefield High School as further described in the project drawings, Specifications, and other Contract Documents. CTE Building will be a completed, metal shell, light industrial building located at 2630 S. Hillhurst Rd., Ridgefield, WA 98642. The Board of Directors of Ridgefield School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof and waive any informality or irregularities. Bid security will be forfeited as damages should the bidder neglect or refuse to enter into a contract and provide suitable bonds for performance and payment for labor and materials. All bidders must submit a list of proposed subcontractors whose work will exceed ten percent (10%) of the project, or as otherwise specified in the instructions to bidders.
