City of Ridgefield is seeking bids from highly qualified contractors to provide all labor, supplies, equipment and materials for the improvement of S 5th Street from approximately 300 LF east of S Union Ridge Parkway to N 85th Ave. This project reconstructs roadway including full depth repair, cement amended subgrade, milling and paving with HMA, and roadway striping. All work shall be in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. The Work shall be fully complete within 20 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed. All project or contract language specific questions, requests for substitutions or changes, or requests for clarification must be submitted via the City's e-Procurement Portal by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 23, 2023.
