As of July 31, 2023, bids received were rejected due to over the badget. Project is no longer needed. BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for 100% oftheir bid amount and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of their bid amount within 15 days of the contract being awarded. The Union Township Board of Supervisors will consider the received bids for award at their public meeting on May 2, 2023 at 6:30 P.M This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive informalities in the bidding
