the demolition, removal, transportation, and disposal of structure, building and contents, including asbestos assessment and removal, if any, and restoration of the property at 20 Search Street, Shickshinny Borough, Luzerne County. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price upon the award of the contract. PA Prevailing Wages apply in contracts in excess of $25,000. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities.
