WWTP Rehabilitation Contract 2 - Rehabilitate Steel Sewage Tank The Project consists of Sandblasting and Painting of Existing Steel Tank, Debris Removal and installation of Cathodic Protection as described in the Summary of Work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis as indicated as indicated in the Online Bid Form Questions Due Date: Nov 27th 2024, 5:00 PM EST A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wages Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, gender, creed, color, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, disability, national origin, or age. The Labor Standards and Anti-Kickback regulations (29 CFR, Part 3) issued by the Secretary of Labor are included in the contract documents of this project and govern all work under the contracts.
