This Project is for the Resurfacing of Approximately 1.88 Miles of Existing Roadway on Sr 239 & Sr 4004 in Shickshinny Borough, Luzerne County, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Resurfacing Includes Asphalt Wearing Courses, Scratch Courses, Milling, LINE Painting, Shoulder Backup, Pavement Markings, and Guide Rail Improvements. All Work Will Be Completed Within the Existing Roadway. All Maintenance and Protection of Traffic (Mpt) Will Be Completed in Accordance With the Special Provisions of the Contract and Will Consist of Short-term Patterns.
