Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Scope of work includes spot replacement of sewer, 8" and 10" CIPP lining, service lateral connection lining, full length lateral lining, and manhole rehabilitation including installing frames and covers, epxoy lining, and cementitious lining. Additional Information:Project is CWSRF funded The work ofthis Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform CCTV and cleaning of 8" and 10" sewers as well as rehabilitation ofsewers through spot replacement, cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, service lateral connection lining/or grouting, full length lateral lining, and manhole rehabilitation. Scope ofwork includes, but is not limited to the following: preparatory cleaning of sewers, service laterals, and manholes where required, including special cleaning where required; CCTV inspection; excavation and replacement of 8-inch sewers and service laterals; removal of protruding taps; CIPP lining of 8-inch and 10-inch gravity sewer; reinstating and installing service lateral connection liners or grout in 4-in, 5-in, and 6-inch services extending a minimum of 24-in into the lateral; installing full length service lateral liners extending the full length of active service laterals; management of all mainline and service flow; manhole rehabilitation including cementitious and epoxy interior manhole lining; cleaning; removal of existing lining systems where required; resetting existing manhole frames and covers; installation ofnew manhole frames and covers and new bolt down frames and covers; filling of exterior drop connections and installation ofnew interior drop connections; removal ofmanhole steps; rock and boulder excavation, and all miscellaneous work and cleanup required to complete the work.
