Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Sublimity, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The proposed work will consist of one (1) schedule of itemized work: Provide and erect a 0.75 million gallon (750,000 gallon) bolted steel or welded steel reservoir on the tract of land located at the city's Hobson Reservoir site, as shown on the vicinity map included in the drawings. Work shall include, but not be limited to: site work, foundation preparation, concrete foundation, reservoir supply and erection, reservoir piping, testing, disinfection, site restoration, and cleanup. All work shall be complete within 365 calendar days (1 year) after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The city and engineers office is aware of issues with ordering/supply of reservoir materials and contracts will be adjusted as required with documentation of delivery issues. Bidders must comply with all applicable sections of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 pertaining to the payment of prevailing wages and must also submit evidence of an approved drug testing policy as required by ORS 279C-505 before award will be made. All stated conditions contained within the Bidding Documents shall be in effect and full force throughout the duration of the CONTRACT. The City reserves the right to postpone award for up to 60 calendar days, reject any bid not in compliance with the prescribed public bidding regulations, and reject or accept any bid that is deemed to serve the best interests of the City.
