Roofing / Joint Sealants 12. Metal Panels 13. EIFS Systems 14. Doors / Frames / Hardware (Materials) 15. Glass / Glazing Systems 16. Overhead Doors 17. Framing / Drywall / Ceilings / FRP 18. Painting 19. Flooring-Soft / Resilient 20. Stage Performance Flooring 21. Terrazzo Flooring 22. Sealed Concrete Flooring 23. Division 10 Specialties (Materials) 24. Signage Interior & Exterior 25. Auditorium Seating 26. Sound Isolation Booths 27. Fire Sprinkler System (BY OKCPS) 28. Fire Alarm Systems (BY OKCPS) 29. Plumbing Systems 30. HVAC Systems 31. Electrical / Lighting Systems 32. Audio / Visual / Lighting Systems Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud following the time stated above. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. For bids in excess of $50,000.00, a Cashier's Check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. No Bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids for a period of at least sixty (60) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. If the bid is in excess of $50,000.00 dollars, Payment and Performance Bonds each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount covering faithful performance of the contract, and payment of all obligations arising there under, will be required by the Owner. A Warranty Bond in the amount of 100% of the contact amount covering defective workmanship and materials for a period of one year after acceptance of the project will be required. Premiums for the performance, payment and warranty bonds are included in this proposal. It is further understood that, if accepted by the Owner, this Bid becomes a part of the Contract Documents upon signing of the Contract, and failure to comply with any part of this Bid will be taken as failure to comply with the Contract Documents, and will be just cause for rejection of any or all of the work. Accompanying the Bid is either (1) a Certified Check, (2) a Cashier's Check, or (3) a Bidder's Surety Bond made payable to the Owner for not less than 5% of the amount submitted herein. It is understood that the check or bond will be returned to the Bidder, except that in the event of the Owner's acceptance of this Bid, and the Bidder fails to execute a Contract and file Performance and Materials and Payment Bonds within ten days of the date of the Owner's acceptance; then, in that event, the Bidder's Check or Bond will become property of the Owner because of the failure of the Bidder to comply with the specified requirement. Bid Bond must be accompanied by Bonding Agent's Power-of-Attorney.
