Bids received after the designated times shall not be considered and shall be returned to the bidder. The proposed renovation seeks to provide selective interior demolition and extensive renovation within the existing open areas to accommodate program and space relationships. Project will be in an occupied building requiring extended hours and Phased Work over 3 summers. Project schedule is 1162 days. Project budget is $11 million- $13 million.
