Furnish all labor and materials for the cooling tower replacement at Carson Middle School Should you have any questions concerning type of extent of work required, you may contact Jason Ward at (703) 764-4373 or Angela Mylechraine at (703) 764-2457. The work shall be completed by January 22, 2024. Liquidated damages in the amount of $500.00 per calendar day will be imposed if job is not completed by the specified date. The Fairfax County School Board (the "Owner") hereby invites qualified bidders who are properly licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia to submit bids for Rooftop Unit Replacements at Carson Middle School (the "Project"). The Project generally consists of removal of sixteen (16) packaged rooftop units and one (1) split AC system and replace such equipment with sixteen (16) new packaged rooftop units and one (1) split AC system at the specified location. The work includes all associated demolition rigging, piping, equipment, electrical equipment, controls, insulation, patching, painting and related work as shown on the project drawings and as detailed in the specifications to provide a complete and fully operational installation Angela C.
