The Bidder's attention is directed to the fact that certain of the Bid Items listed below have a stipulated minimum unit price. For a bid proposal to be considered formal, the unit price entered by the Bidder for these particular items must be the stipulated minimum price shown or higher. Failure to submit a formal bid in accordance with the above requirement will be considered sufficient grounds for rejection of the entire bid proposal.3 Allowance Lump Sum Min: $10,000.00/L.S. 5.
