SCOPE OF WORK: It is the intent of these specifications to obtain an as-needed basis contract for plumbing services. Services may include installation, repair, rehabilitation and maintenance at various Warren County facilities. Contract shall be for general work as per the Uniform Building Code on an on-call or scheduled basis for the Warren County Department of Public Works and/or any other Warren County owned or operated facilities. The following positions/titles shall be employed by or available to the Bidder: Plumber / Steamfitter Plumber, Journeymen Plumber, Apprentice The Bidder shall provide verification of employee qualifications with any required certifications and/or licensure upon request from the Superintendent of Public Works. In the event of an emergency, the Bidder shall be capable of being available at any time to perform emergency repairs as required by the County and authorized by the Superintendent of Public Works or his representative. The Bidder shall be experienced, or have subcontractor(s) experienced, with the installation, rehabilitation and repair, maintenance and testing (including back-flow testing) of commercial and institutional plumbing systems.
