Work is being bid now and is projected to start in the summer of 2023.c The Director of Central Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All questions are due in writing not later than 1 week before the bid due date. Project Location: 67 Conz Street, Northampton, MA 01060 Removal of existing aluminum storefront windows, subsill and perimeter flashing and accessory materials. Reinstallation of existing windows after installation of new subsill with end dams, self-adhered membrane flashings to seal subsill area and slope to direct all water which enters window assembly to the building exterior. Removal of damaged interior gypsum wallboard and repainting at wall areas around windows.
