As of November 29, 2023, the project has been awarded and is in the submittal phase. Construction is expected to commence in February, 2024, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been established. Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades-PREQUALIFIED GENERAL BIDDERS & SUB-BIDDERS ONLY- replace/rehab clarifiers, sludge system, polymer system, odor control chemical system, pumps, piping, & buildings Which includes replacement/rehabilitation of primary and secondary clarifier mechanisms and tanks; gravity thickener building and sludge pump modifications; sludge dewatering equipment upgrades; sludge processing building improvements and upgrades; odor control chemical system improvements; polymer system replacement; plant water pumps and yard piping replacement; and all materials, equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work. The goals for this Project are a minimum of 4.20 percent D/MBE participation and 4.50 percent D/WBE participation by certified DBEs.
