Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Bartlett, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Work generally includes removals, installation of playground equipment and site furniture, concrete paving, skate park renovation, asphalt paving, engineered wood fiber, crushed stone surfacing, signage and restoration. Specifications require the submittal of a 10% Bid Surety with the proposal. In addition, the successful contractor(s) must be able to provide a satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance following the award of a contract. All inquiries, outside of the pre-bid meeting (if one is held), that concern the bid request shall be submitted in writing to Upland Design Ltd. via email to info@uplandDesign.com and mblood@uplandDesign.com. Replies will be issued to all bidders of record as Addenda to the appropriate attachment and will become part of the agreement. Questions will not be responded to by oral clarification. Failure to request clarification will not waive bidder's responsibility to comprehend the plans and specifications and perform the work in accordance with the intent of the plans and specifications.
