Renovation of an educational facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of July 7, 2023, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is expected to start in April 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Interested A/E's shall indicate their interest and submit their letters of interest no later than Monday, May 08, 2023, 12:00 PM, noon. Project Intent This project provides investigation and research, pre-design, and design services in accordance with the DFD Consultant Policy & Procedure Manual to replace coolant and controller units of Elevator #1 in the Clinical Sciences Center Lot 75 UW Hospital Parking Ramp. This will also include a full replacement of the existing hydraulic jack. The scope will include the clean out, waterproofing, and lighting of the elevator pits for Elevators #1 and #2. Start Project: Apr 2024 Substantial Completion: Sep 2024 Project Close Out: Jan 2025
