As of June 12, 2023, a consultant has been awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Interested A/E's shall indicate their interest and submit their letters of interest no later than Monday, May 08, 2023, 12:00 PM, noon. LOCATION: Wade House Historic Site, Greenbush, Sheboygan County PROJECT REQUEST: Request the services of a professional Architectural and Engineering (A/E) planning and design firm to develop a facility condition assessment report, Historic Structures Report, and a preservation plan followed by design through construction administration services for renovation / restoration of Robinson House at Wade House Historic Site. This project proposes a complete restoration of the Robinson House inclusive of the following improvements: • Exterior renovation of doors, windows, and siding; • Painting of entire structure; • Wood shake roof replacement; • Renovation and / or replacement of interior finishes and surfaces; • Address ongoing water infiltration in the basement; • Renovation and replacement of the porch and its structural components.
