Saving Project...

Site work and addition to a road / highway in Springdale, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a road / highway; and for site work for a road / highway.

The Project consists of the following major elements: Installation of approximately 970 LF of standard 5' wide sidewalk, rough grading, fine grading, detectable warning surfaces, SCDOT crosswalks, sediment and erosion control, grassing, and other miscellaneous and related items. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, prepared on the form of Bid Bond attached to the Contract Documents or a Surety Company's Standard Bid Bond, duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed to do business in the State of South Carolina. The Bid Bond shall be in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid. No Bid will be considered unless the Bidder is legally qualified under the provisions of the South Carolina Contractor's Licensing Law. The successful Bidder for this Contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the date of the Bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities
