This is a firm-fixed price construction requirement. Offerors must completely prepare site, including demolition/removal/relocation of existing structures and/or utilities and furnishing all labor and materials to perform the work necessary, for the installation of physical fall deterrents to the existing reinforced-concrete parking structure at the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Mather campus as required in the SOW, drawings, and specifications.
