Scope of Work Demolition of Structures The demolition and removal of all buildings to ground level, leaving the lot suitable to mow. Contractor must identify and cap all known sewer lines. Curbs and sidewalks are to be preserved. All demolition and removal of all buildingsto ground level, leaving the lot suitable to mow. Contractor must identify and cap all known sewer lines. During demolition/clearance, streets and alleys will be kept clear of debris, dirt, trash, etc. Streets ingress and egress to the structures must remain clear of mud and debris from the demolition process. Disposal of Materials Materials that are to be removed from the properties as part of the work of this contract shall become the property of the contractor. These materials shall be removed from the property and disposed of at the contractors own expense in a disposable site approved by applicable State Authorities. The City of Altus Landfill will accept general asbestos free demolition debris as a result of this project. Bidders are encouraged to contact the City Landfill for pricing. Any material the contractor desires to salvage must be completed by the contract time of completion date determined to be sixty (60) days from date on Notice to Proceed
