The Housing Authority of Henderson will accept Sealed Bids for Brick Repair for Madison and 8th St. Apartments-23 Units with 36 Openings. This project will require Davis Bacon Act/Prevailing Wage Rates. Bids will be taken under advisement for review of requirements after satisfied that bidder is qualified and the documents necessary have been provided. The Best Low Bidder will then be notified for contract signing. All unsuccessful bidders will be notified by mail. Will need to saw tooth out existing holes approximately 2' x 3'. Remove brick as needed. Furnish and lay back new brick to match existing brick as closely as possible. Color Match mortar. ** Get color of brick and mortar approved by the Housing Authority of Henderson. Clean up and wash all new brick.
