Provide and install (2) new Mitsubishi m# MMSZGS36NAU1 3ton ductless head units. (or equal) Provide and install (2) new Mitsubishi m# MMUZGS36NAU1 3ton heat pump suitcase condensers. (or equal) Provide and install new Freon lines from both new head units to new condensers. Provide and install all material needed to run the condensate drain lines for both head units. Customer will use the provided handheld wireless controllers as thermostats. Start up and confirm all operations. Work to be completed during normal working hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. Roofing, framing, welding of hand rale, drywall, patching and or painting will be done by others. Prefer installation by June 30, 2023. Customer will hire an electrician to run the power to the new condensers that will be located under the stairs. Labor is figured as prevailing wage
