The scope of the project is generally summarized as Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) and bituminous paving of existing and new roadways. Excavation and installation of stormwater structures and tar/chip an existing roadway. The CONTRACTOR will be responsible for all materials, equipment and labor necessary to execute the requirements of this project. All questions must be submitted electronically via PennBid. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 5/26/2023 4:00 PM The Bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to OWNER, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount Bid in the form of Official Bank Check, Cash, Certified Good Faith Check, Irrevocable Letter of Credit or a Bid Bond issued by a Surety meeting the requirements of paragraph 4.1 of the Procurement General Conditions. Failure to accompany the Bid with the above described Bid Security will automatically disqualify Bidder.
