This Contract provides for improvements to ADA facilities and roadway preservation including grind and overlay on the following areas: • Base Bid - Schedule A (Site 1): “The Farm” Neighborhood including Autumns Ave SE, Ravenwood Rd SE, Ramblewood Rd SE, Ambers Pl SE, and Heathers Pl SE; County Crescent Blvd from Chain Lake Rd to Country Crescent Roundabout. • Additive 1 - Schedule B (Site 2): Rainier View Rd SE from 199th Ave SE to Chain Lake Rd – Additive Schedule and also updates pavement markings at various locations throughout the City of Monroe (included in Base Bid) in support of the 2023 Annual Road Maintenance Project. The anticipated work includes placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA Cl. ½ in. PG 58H-22), pavement repair, planing, construction of ADA ramps, pavement markings, utility adjustments, temporary traffic control and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications
