Renovation of a stadium in Akron, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Project Description: The Akron-Westfield CSD Track and Stadium Project will consist of the installation of a new all-weather Track and updates to the Stadium seating and grounds Each bid must be accompanied, in a separate envelope, by a bid bond for 5% of the bid amount or with a certified check or cashier's check. Performance and payment bonds inthe amount of 100% of the contract amount will also be required, guaranteeing faithful performance of the Contractor. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five(45) days after the opening of bids.
