The project consists of painting of corridor and classroom walls, painting exterior and interior hollow metal doors, storefronts and windows, replacement of panel signs, replacement of floor finishes and wall base, replacement of window blinds and window gasketing. Detailed drawings for the project have been prepared by Gurel Architecture. Bidders, or their representatives and other interested persons may be present at the opening of proposals. Bidding Documents include this Re-Invitation to Bid, and the following attached forms: Form of Proposal, sample contract, Sales Tax Report, School Access Requirements, MBE forms, Board of Education Policies. The bidding documents also include the plans and specifications, and any Addenda issued prior to receipt of bids. All requirements and obligations of the Bidding Documents are hereby incorporated by reference into the Contract Documents and are binding on the Successful Bidder upon award of the contract. Each Bidder by submitting his Bid represents that he has read and understands that Bidding Documents and his Bid is made in accordance therewith; and Bidder agrees to be bound by the terms and requirements set forth in the Bidding and Contract Documents; that he has visited the site, has familiarized himself with the local conditions under which the Work is to be performed herein, and has correlated his observations with the requirements of the proposed Contract Documents.
