7 CES is looking to procure a Firm Fixed Price, construction services contract to perform HVAC Chiller replacements for building 8202, at Dyess AFB TX. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and any other items necessary to properly remove, one (1) existing YORK water chiller, one (1) chilled water pump and all supporting equipment. The contractor shall also, following the same requirements, install one (1) new 80 ton Trane air cooled water chillers. The contractor will be required to provide and install one (1) new properly sized chilled water pump and one (1) variable frequency drive (VFD) to operate the chilled water pump properly.
