La Mesa-Spring Valley School District ("District") is seeking proposals from qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations, pursuant to its Measure V Bond Program, to provide constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, and construction services for the development and construction for the following District Projects (each a "Project" and collectively "Projects"), in accordance with the lease-leaseback structure set forth in Education Code section 17406et seq. The district intends to enter separate agreements for each Project, with the goal of entering into ten agreements with the same lease leaseback developer for each.
