Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a day care center in Salisbury, Maryland. Completed plans call for the addition of a day care center; for the demolition of a day care center; for the renovation of a day care center; and for site work for a day care center.
Projected Schedule: Contract shall begin upon the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) projected ASAP after Bid Due Date. Based on award, Contractor will have 65 calendar days for Base Bid Work and 72 calendar days if Add Alternate #1 is also awarded, to reach Substantial Completion with on-site days to be coordinated with the Project Manager. Contractor will then have 14 calendar days after Substantial Completion to reach Final Acceptance. The University is committed to ensuring that persons with disabilities have equally effective opportunities to participate in and benefit from the University's programs and services. Persons who may require reasonable ADA accommodations should contact the Issuing Office at 410-543-6506 at least five (5) days prior to any meeting scheduled in connection with this solicitation.
