Replacement of the screws, washers, damaged rafters, and metal roofing of the pole barn at Spring Valley Range. The steel roofing that is to be used is green, 28 gauge, performance panels. For reference please refer to Higgins Steel Roofing item number 128031. In addition to replacing the roof there will be added insulation to the inside of the newly replaced roof (spray insulation, foam boards insulation etc.). Replacement will need to be completed without damaging the equipment inside the barn, removing all other trash from previous roofing material and any trash pertaining to the replacement roof. Contractor is responsible for removing all trash from jobsite, providing their own equipment, own materials, and employee(s). Roof must be completed in a timely manner, within one week of beginning of the project and prescheduled with the Range Supervisor one week in advance.
