he City of Oldsmar is soliciting sealed Bids to provide the necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to replace doors and frames in four (4) restrooms in various parks. SCOPE OF WORK Provide the necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to satisfactorily replace doors and frames in four (4) restrooms in various City of Oldsmar parks. The locations are as follows. o Sheffield Park at 1923 Cutty Bay Court. o R. E. Olds Park at 107 Shore Drive West. o Bicentennial Park at 423 Lafayette Blvd. o Mobbly Beach Park at 807 Shore Drive East. PRICING/PERIOD OF AGREEMENT Unit prices bid of listed items shall be held firm for the duration of the Agreement. Duration of the Agreement shall be to commence work under this Agreement with an adequate force and equipment on or before a date specified on the Notice to Proceed, and to fully complete all necessary work within fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days. All questions must be submitted by 5:00 PM local time on Friday, May 5, 2023.
