The City of Van Buren, Arkansas reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date. This publication was paid for by the City of Van Buren, Arkansas, and the cost of the publication is $455.30, per Arkansas Code 14-55-208 and related statutes.
