Work Covered by Contract Documents: 1. Name of the project is "Boat Channel Dredging Rebid", Project Number 19-03-09-06. Drawings and Specifications are dated April 2023. 2. Briefly and without force and effect upon contract documents, work of the contract can be summarized as follows: a. This project involves the repair of the existing dike system around Martens Lake and mechanically dredging portions of the lake. B. Occupancy: 1. Owner: The DNR shall have the right to enter the building or work site and store or attach such fixtures or furniture as it may elect, or to do other work providing that such storage or work will not interfere with the completion of the Contractor's work. Such occupancy by the DNR shall in no way imply final acceptance of any portion of the Contractor's work.
